Adult dose
Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: Administer 10 mg orally once daily. Depending on symptoms, 20 mg can be administered orally once daily. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: Administer 10 mg or 20 mg orally once daily for 4 to 8 weeks. If not resolved after 8 weeks of proton pump inhibitors (PPI), an additional 10 mg or 20 mg can be administered orally twice daily for another 8 weeks.

This medication is effective in treating gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, and is used for symptom relief of erosive and ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It can also be applied as long-term maintenance therapy for gastroesophageal reflux disease. In patients with gastrointestinal ulcers infected by Helicobacter pylori, the therapeutic effect can be enhanced when combined with antibiotics. It also helps in conditions of excessive gastric acid secretion, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Overall, this medication is used for the treatment and symptom improvement of various gastrointestinal diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer: Administer 10 mg orally once daily. Depending on symptoms, 20 mg can be administered orally once daily. Erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: Administer 10 mg or 20 mg orally once daily for 4 to 8 weeks.
