This drug may rarely cause serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so the patient's condition should be closely monitored during administration. If symptoms such as facial pallor, drop in blood pressure, or abnormal pulse occur, administration should be stopped immediately. Additionally, hypersensitivity such as skin rashes may occur rarely, so it is important to stop administration if such symptoms develop. It can affect the gastrointestinal tract, leading to decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain; therefore, symptoms should be carefully monitored. This medication should be used immediately after preparation, and it is safest to administer the vial formulation immediately after dissolution. When administering an intramuscular injection, care should be taken to avoid nerves or blood vessels, and repetitions at the same site should be avoided. Particularly when administering to children, extra caution should be exercised. When storing, keep it in a secure place out of the reach of children, and do not store the medication in a different container from its original packaging. Keeping it in the original container with the lid tightly sealed helps prevent misuse and maintains quality.
