The vitamins B1, B2, and B6 included in this medication help during physical fatigue, or during pregnancy and lactation, and when physical strength is reduced during or after illness. It is also effective in relieving neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia (e.g., lumbago, shoulder stiffness, etc.) as well as symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. This product is used to improve various fatigue and pain symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 and older: 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood) or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, or patients with kidney disease. It should also not be taken by individuals with an allergic reaction to any component of this product, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure. This medication contains lactose and should not be administered to patients with genetic problems causing lactose intolerance. During the use of this medication, phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications such as levodopa should not be taken concurrently. Infants under 1 year old, patients receiving treatment from a physician, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart and circulatory system issues, patients with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those on cardiac glycosides must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, stomatitis, anorexia, abdominal distension, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, dizziness, swelling of the face or legs, hives, eczema, itching, or edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. High doses of pyridoxine taken for a long time may cause peripheral nervous system abnormalities, so caution is advised. High doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions, so care must be taken. Additionally, high-dose administration can exacerbate gastric ulcers, lead to glucose metabolism disorders, increased serum uric acid levels, and hepatic damage as side effects. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, requiring caution. Prolonged use may lead to hypercalcemia and lithiasis. Concurrent use with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may elevate serum potassium levels, so caution is required. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed usage and dosage, and supervision is necessary when administered to children. This medication may change the color of urine to yellow, which can affect clinical test results, so it should be noted. Drinks containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, should be avoided during and before/after taking this medication. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a dry, cool, and tightly sealed place. It is also important not to transfer this medication to other containers to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
