This medication is used to control the blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by monotherapy with Amlodipine or Telmisartan.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medication is one tablet once daily, to be taken with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). In patients with renal impairment, dose adjustments are not necessary for mild and moderate renal impairment, but patients with severe renal impairment should start at a lower dose and gradually increase. In patients with liver impairment, the daily dose should not exceed 40 milligrams.

Child dose

The safety and efficacy of this medication in pediatric patients under 18 years of age have not been established, so its administration is not recommended.

Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
