Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily; thus, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Patients allergic to this medication, or those with a history of peptic ulcer, aspirin-induced asthma, hemophilia, severe liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or a tendency to bleed should not take it. Pregnant women in the third trimester should not take this medication, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a professional before use. Patients with kidney dysfunction, liver dysfunction, heart function abnormalities, blood disorders, bronchial asthma, or a history of allergic conditions should use this medication cautiously, especially children under the age of three and the elderly who require special attention. This medication may cause severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, blood disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, and other side effects, so if any abnormal symptoms occur, usage should be stopped immediately and medical consultation should be sought. In children, administering this medication during viral infections such as chickenpox or influenza may, though rarely, lead to the severe condition known as Reye's syndrome, so cautious use is advised. It is important to undergo regular blood tests and liver function tests during prolonged use to check for any abnormalities. This medication inhibits platelet aggregation, which can increase the risk of bleeding; thus, it should be discontinued or discussed with a doctor before and after surgery, particularly in patients with a tendency to bleed. There are many drug interactions; therefore, whenever taken in conjunction with anticoagulants, antihypertensives, antidiabetics, lithium, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, consultation with a professional is mandatory. During the early and mid-stages of pregnancy, this medication should be used as little as possible, and absolutely avoided in late pregnancy, as well as during breastfeeding to ensure safety. Elderly patients may experience side effects more readily, so it is advisable to start with a low dose and monitor their condition closely. This medication should be taken with care to prevent damage to the enteric coating, and it is advisable not to take it with alkalis. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, and do not store it in other containers than its original package.
