Caution should be exercised to prevent children from coming into contact with this medication, and immediate washing is required if contact occurs. Women, children under 18 years of age, and those with allergies to this medication or similar ingredients should not take this medication. Adult men planning to conceive should use this medication cautiously, as it may affect fertility, and should follow their doctor's guidance. Patients with difficulty in urinary expulsion or severe reduction in urinary flow and those with liver function problems require special caution when using this medication. When taken with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, the blood concentration of this medication may increase, so caution is advised. During treatment, sexual function-related side effects such as erectile dysfunction, reduced libido, and ejaculation disorders may occur, and these side effects may persist even after discontinuation. Additionally, some patients may experience breast-related adverse reactions such as gynecomastia and breast tenderness. This medication can lower PSA levels, which are important for diagnosing prostate cancer, so this should be taken into account when interpreting PSA levels after taking this medication. Regular prostate cancer testing is recommended while taking this medication, and PSA levels will return to baseline within 6 months after cessation of use. The correlation between long-term use of this medication and the occurrence of male breast cancer is not clear, but it is important to notify healthcare providers immediately if breast abnormalities occur. There is no specific antidote for overdose; appropriate treatment should be administered according to symptoms, and recovery may take time due to the long half-life of the medication. It should be stored out of reach of children, and it is safest to keep it in its original container. This medication is known not to affect driving or machine operating abilities. Blood donation is only possible after at least 6 months of taking this medication, which is a measure to prevent exposure of the drug to pregnant women.
