Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this drug or its components. Patients who have experienced asthma attacks due to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid using this medication as it may cause severe asthma symptoms. It is advisable not to use this medication in children under 15 years of age, as safety has not been adequately established. It should not be used during the last 3 months of pregnancy, as it may pose risks to the fetus and the mother. During the use of this medication, it is not recommended to use other anti-inflammatory or analgesic medications with similar components. Patients with bronchial asthma, suspected skin infections, chronic diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and the elderly should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Especially in the third trimester of pregnancy, there is a risk of prolonged labor, bleeding, and problems with the fetal heart and kidneys, so it should not be used. Breastfeeding women are advised against using this medication as it can be transmitted through breast milk and may affect the baby. Elderly patients should use this medication cautiously in small amounts due to a higher risk of cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and renal side effects. If severe rashes, redness, swelling, or blisters appear on the skin during the use of this medication, immediate cessation and consultation with a doctor are required. Additionally, allergic reactions or symptoms such as breathing difficulties may occur infrequently, so caution is necessary. This medication is a symptomatic treatment and does not treat the underlying cause; thus, a reevaluation is required if used for more than two weeks. It should not be applied to the eyes or mucous membranes, nor to damaged or inflamed skin areas. The method of wrapping this medication in a sealing bandage should be avoided, as it may cause skin irritation or tingling sensations. Using this medication in combination with certain antibiotics may cause seizures; therefore, immediate treatment is necessary if symptoms arise. Overuse may lead to serious side effects such as decreased blood pressure, renal impairment, seizures, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory depression. This medication may affect renal function when used with diuretics, so renal status should be checked periodically. Moreover, there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so careful monitoring for bleeding symptoms is essential when used with drugs that have a high risk of bleeding. Store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and keep it tightly closed in its original container.
