How to take

Adult dose

Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus. Patients with allergies to any of the ingredients in this medication or with certain liver or kidney diseases should not take this medication. Elderly patients or those with high potassium levels, liver impairment, etc., should take this medication cautiously, and their condition should be monitored regularly. This medication may affect kidney function, so patients with kidney disease should undergo regular blood tests and electrolyte tests. There are many interactions with other medications, so if you are taking any other medications, you must inform your doctor or pharmacist, especially when combined with lithium, potassium-sparing agents, diuretics, and antihypertensives. Caution is required when driving or operating machinery as dizziness or drowsiness may occur. In case of overdose, symptoms such as hypotension, electrolyte imbalance, and dehydration may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.
