Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have had allergic reactions to its ingredients. Additionally, since it contains lactose, it should not be administered to individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Caution is required for patients with impaired liver function as the blood concentration of this drug may increase. Patients with serious heart or cerebrovascular problems should use this drug with caution due to limited experience. In the elderly, there is a high likelihood of decreased liver function, which may delay the elimination of this drug and increase blood concentration, so caution is advised. Patients currently taking PDE5 inhibitors or those with orthostatic hypotension should be careful when using this medication. While using this medication, side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, hypotension, and discomfort in the upper abdomen may occur. If symptoms are severe, consult healthcare professionals immediately. Serious side effects such as liver dysfunction, jaundice, or loss of consciousness may occur, and if these symptoms appear, the use of this medication should be stopped immediately and treatment must be sought. In case of overdose, there is a risk of dangerously low blood pressure, so it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage. Orthostatic hypotension may occur, so be sure to move slowly when standing up, and exercise caution when driving or performing hazardous tasks. If taking antihypertensive medications together, blood pressure may drop too low, so always inform your healthcare provider about using them, and dosage adjustments may be necessary. This medication is a treatment for symptom relief, so if there is no effect, other treatment methods such as surgery should be considered. Keep out of reach of children, and when taking the medication, remove it from the packaging and swallow it to prevent injury to the esophagus. Elderly patients should be closely monitored while using this medication due to the higher risk of side effects from liver function decline. Report any unusual symptoms during the use of this medication to healthcare professionals immediately and receive appropriate treatment.
