Enpera Capsule (Dried Grape Leaf Extract)

Adult dose

Adults: Take 360 mg of grape leaf dry extract once daily with water before breakfast.

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, it is advisable for children and adolescents to avoid this medication. Patients with glucose and galactose absorption disorders should not take this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should refrain from taking this medication. Nursing mothers should also avoid taking this medication unless consulting a doctor, as it is uncertain if it passes into breast milk. Women who may become pregnant should always consult a specialist before taking this medication. If any allergic symptoms or skin rash, hives, or itching occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Be cautious as gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. If headaches occur, it is advisable to stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. Particularly, if sudden pain or swelling, skin discoloration occurs in one leg, it may indicate a serious thrombotic condition, and a doctor should be notified immediately. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for more than 6 weeks, discontinue use and seek medical advice to check for other causes. The usual treatment period is several weeks, and it should not exceed 3 months. The safety of driving or operating machinery during the use of this medication has not been established, so caution is warranted. Serious side effects have not been reported in case of overdose, but always adhere to the prescribed dosage. Recommended treatments such as leg wrapping or compression stockings, and cold water therapy should continue independently of the medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it should be kept tightly closed in its original container, and care should be taken to avoid transferring it to another container to prevent misuse.
