Vitamins B1, D, and E are necessary for physical fatigue, reduced physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, growth and developmental phases, and in older age. These vitamins help maintain the body's functions smoothly by supporting energy metabolism, bone health, and antioxidant action. Additionally, zinc plays an important role in enhancing immune function and cell regeneration.
