Vitamin A is effective in alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness, while vitamin D is used for the healthy development of bones and teeth and for the prevention of rickets. B vitamins help relieve pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as aid in the treatment of angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. Additionally, vitamins C and E, as well as zinc, are beneficial for alleviating skin conditions such as dermatitis or eczema. The provision of various vitamins and zinc is effectively used for overall physical enhancement and improvement of various symptoms.

Precautions

Patients under treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, those with gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular system abnormalities, kidney disabilities, hypoalbuminemia, a history of gout or kidney stones must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. During the course of treatment, if symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, painful joint swelling, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose stools, stomatitis, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, hypotension, palpitations, neurological issues, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, or pulmonary edema occur, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. Additionally, there may be potential side effects such as irregular menstruation, increased bleeding, increased risk of thrombosis, neurological symptoms, blood abnormalities, hypernatremia, edema, and increased risk of osteoporosis, so caution is necessary. Proper usage and dosage must always be adhered to, and the supplementary dosage of vitamin A should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. This medicine may affect glucose detection in urine tests and change urine color to yellow, potentially impacting clinical test results, so be aware of this. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Lastly, this medicine should be kept out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, stored in a cool and dry place, and should not be transferred to another container to maintain quality.
