Cholinetrin Syrup (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

As choline alfoscerate, take 400 mg (1 sachet) orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by persons with allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components. It is also safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, as it affects dopamine. If symptoms of nausea appear, it is advisable to reduce the dosage of the medication. Additionally, this medication may cause gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders, so care should be taken by those with gastrointestinal issues. Mental drowsiness, insomnia, anger, irritability, seizures, and excessive movement may occur; if these symptoms arise, consult a physician. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and it is recommended to keep it in its original container, as transferring it to another container may lead to accidents or deterioration of the quality of the medication.
