Akolin Syrup (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg (1 sachet) of choline alfoscerate orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used in patients who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Also, women who are pregnant or may be pregnant should not take this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, as it affects the neurotransmitter dopamine. If such symptoms occur, the dosage of the medication should be reduced. It can affect the digestive system, so care should be taken as it may cause gastritis or gastrointestinal diseases. It may also affect the mental and nervous system, potentially causing symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, spasms, and hyperactivity. This medication should be kept out of reach of children in a safe place. Furthermore, transferring the medication to another container should be avoided as it can lead to accidents or degrade the quality of the medication.
