This medication helps reduce blood triglyceride levels when used alone for hypertriglyceridemia, especially type IV. Additionally, it can be combined with statins to enhance therapeutic effects in patients with mixed type IIb hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia. It is effective in improving blood lipid levels in patients with uncontrolled triglyceride levels when used with statins. Thus, this drug can be flexibly applied to various forms of dyslipidemia to safely and effectively control blood triglyceride levels.
