Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, as taking it with alcohol may cause liver damage. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can rarely cause serious skin allergic reactions. If a rash or abnormal reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, so caution is needed when taking this medication concurrently with other acetaminophen-containing products due to the risk of liver damage. Additionally, it contains pseudoephedrine, so if fever or skin rashes, small blisters, etc., occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication should not be used by individuals with a history of certain allergies or asthma, infants under 3 months old, those currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors. Do not take this medication concurrently with cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines while taking it. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with a history of urticaria or allergic conditions, and those with chronic diseases such as liver, kidney, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or glaucoma should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or anxiety occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. In severe cases, immediate medical attention may be necessary. Do not administer to children under 2 years old unless necessary, and consult a doctor in such cases. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and do not use for an extended period. Children should take this medication under adult supervision.
