For patients with renal impairment, no dosage adjustments are needed for mild to moderate renal impairment, but for severe renal impairment, treatment should begin with a lower dose and be gradually increased. Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus, especially during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, so it should not be used during pregnancy. If pregnancy is confirmed, the use of this medication should be discontinued immediately and other treatment options should be sought. This medication should not be administered to patients with certain conditions. For example, it should not be taken by individuals allergic to any of its components, pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients with severely impaired liver function, and patients with specific cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, this medication should be used with caution in patients with primary aldosteronism, certain heart valve diseases, liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, renal dysfunction, and the elderly. Patients taking this medication may experience side effects such as dizziness and peripheral edema, and in severe cases, symptoms like fainting may also occur. Use of this medication during pregnancy poses risks such as diminished renal function in the fetus, reduced amniotic fluid, and cranial formation abnormalities, so it must be avoided. Nursing mothers are also advised against taking this medication. This medication is not recommended for pediatric patients under 18 years of age as safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently established. Elderly patients may be more sensitive to this medication, so caution is needed during administration, and dosage adjustments may be required. In cases of overdose, symptoms like hypotension, dizziness, and cardiac dysfunction may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought for appropriate treatment. This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is essential to inform healthcare providers of any other medications being taken. As this medication regulates blood pressure, if symptoms of hypotension appear, the patient should lie down and rest and receive treatment at a hospital if necessary. During the administration of this medication, caution is advised when driving or operating hazardous machinery as drowsiness or dizziness may occur.
