In cases where cilostazol monotherapy is insufficiently effective, combination therapy with cilostazol and Ginkgo Biloba extract can be considered. This combination therapy helps improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensation due to chronic arterial occlusive disease, and is also effective in patients with cerebral infarction who require recurrence prevention. It is particularly used to improve blood flow and alleviate symptoms in chronic arterial diseases such as Buerger's disease, obstructive arteriosclerosis, and diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Additionally, it helps prevent recurrence in patients with cerebral infarction excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism. Thus, the combination therapy contributes to alleviating symptoms and prevention by promoting blood circulation.
