Adult dose

This medication is administered orally once a day, and should be taken at the same time each day. If necessary, it may be administered twice a day. Dose escalation: The maximum daily dose is 20mg, increasing by 5mg weekly over the first 3 weeks. First week (days 1-7): 5mg once daily Second week (days 8-14): 10mg once daily Third week (days 15-21): 15mg once daily From the fourth week: 20mg once daily
