This medication includes vitamin D, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc components, which may be beneficial in various situations. It is used when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, or in cases of decreased vitality during or after illness, as well as for maintaining health in growth phases and old age. Vitamin D is effective in improving bone and teeth growth disorders and preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 helps relieve neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as alleviate beriberi and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 are used to relieve symptoms of oral inflammation such as cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc is important for enhancing immunity and cellular metabolism, contributing to recovery of vitality. Thus, this medication is used to promote health through the supplementation of various vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and over and adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. Individuals who are allergic to any ingredients contained in this medication, have hypersensitivity reactions, are under 12 months of age, have kidney stones, or severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is not recommended to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Individuals receiving treatment from a doctor or those with oxalate nephropathy, peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, heart and circulatory system dysfunction, and kidney disorders, or those with hypoproteinemia should definitely consult with a specialist before taking this medication. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should also consult a doctor before using this medication. This medicine contains certain dyes (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow) so caution is needed if there are allergies to these ingredients. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, or irregular heartbeat occur while taking this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and long-term high doses of pyridoxine or vitamin B12 may cause neurological abnormalities or hematological adverse reactions. High-dose use may cause exacerbation of peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is advised. Massive doses may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Long-term use may cause hypercalcemia and calcinosis, requiring caution. Taking it with certain diuretics may increase the risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is advised. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and consult a specialist if symptoms do not improve within a month after taking the medication. This medicine may affect blood glucose detection in urine tests and can change the urine color to yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid drinking tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. In addition, if taken with cardiac glycosides, aldosterone antagonists, or triamterene, consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
