The vitamins contained in this medication also assist in alleviating symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (low back pain, shoulder stiffness, etc.), beriberi, or eye fatigue. It is effective for various symptoms and is used for general health management and symptom relief.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with high blood calcium levels, kidney diseases, or undiagnosed systemic inflammatory diseases. Individuals allergic to any ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those exhibiting severe renal failure symptoms should avoid taking it. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic conditions should refrain from use. While taking this medication, phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics or antacids, and medications like levodopa should not be taken together. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant or nursing, individuals with heart or kidney function problems, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those on cardiotonics must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inflammation of the mouth, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, dizziness, or swelling in the face or legs occur during usage, discontinuation and consultation with a specialist are recommended. Long-term high-dose use of this medication can cause nerve issues and may lead to blood abnormalities when taken with certain vitamins. High dosage can also exacerbate gastric ulcers, cause blood sugar control disorders, increase uric acid levels in the blood, and cause liver damage, so caution is advised. If the dosage is exceeded or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, immediate consultation with a specialist is necessary. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication.
