This medicine helps supplement vitamins E, B1, and B6 during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, during and after illness, and in old age when physical strength decreases. It also alleviates symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness and cold hands and feet caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopausal symptoms. It is effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and it helps improve inflammatory symptoms around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis as well as skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. It can be used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency and alleviate eye fatigue. It helps improve various symptoms to support a healthy lifestyle.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

Dosage for children under 12 years is not specified.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by anyone with allergies to certain ingredients or a history of hypersensitivity. Babies under 12 months or patients with severe renal impairment should not take this medicine. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc. should also avoid taking this medicine. If menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur, also discontinue use and consult a doctor. Women taking oral contraceptives or at risk for thrombosis should be careful as the risk of thrombosis may increase. High doses of pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) taken for a long period may cause nerve damage, so caution is needed. Overdosage may lead to nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart problems, so the recommended dose must be adhered to. Moreover, caution is needed when taken with certain diuretics as it may pose a risk of hyperkalemia. If there is no improvement in symptoms after more than a month of use, consult a specialist. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea during the use of this medicine, and patients at risk of fat overload should check blood lipid levels and adjust doses accordingly. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
