This medication provides vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and zinc needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, periods of illness and recovery, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D aids the normal development of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. B vitamins prevent beriberi (muscle weakness) and alleviate eye fatigue. It is also effective in relieving pain from neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, and in improving oral mucous membrane inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin issues like eczema and dermatitis. Thus, it is used for various symptoms and conditions and promotes health.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or any of its components should not take it. It is also safe to avoid this medication in infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure. When taking this medication, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Moreover, it should not be taken concurrently with the medication levodopa. Children under 1 year, patients currently undergoing treatment by a physician, and children who are exposed to sunlight and are on a normal diet should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. It is crucial for pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, to consult with a specialist before taking this medication as Vitamin D can be transmitted through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia in the infant. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, restricted colitis, and those with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, or a history of kidney stones should also consult a physician before taking it. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, red spots, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system disturbances, dermatitis, bad odors during sweating or breathing, hair loss, agitation, gastrointestinal disturbances, upper abdominal pain, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term high-dose intake of pyridoxine may lead to issues in the nervous system, requiring caution. Moreover, patients who are deficient in folic acid may show abnormal blood reactions when taking high doses of Vitamin B12. High-dose intake may exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, or liver damage. Symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, or edema may occur with excessive intake, so caution is needed. In particular, caution is warranted when used with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as there may be a risk of elevated potassium levels. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and parental supervision is needed when administered to children. Urine may turn yellow while taking this medication, which can affect clinical test results. Avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or around the time of taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, tightly closed to avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
