Improvement of gastroesophageal reflux and gastrointestinal disorders (abdominal pain, dyspepsia), relief of irritable bowel syndrome, treatment of vomiting and gastrointestinal disorders in children
This medicine helps alleviate symptoms of abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, and vomiting caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction related to gastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, and inflammation and ulcers of the stomach or duodenum. It also eases abdominal pain and bowel dysfunction due to irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon. In children, it is effective for symptoms of constipation and diarrhea due to habitual vomiting or non-infectious gastrointestinal pain and disorders. It is used to relieve various gastrointestinal diseases and symptoms to make patients' daily lives more comfortable.
As trimebutine maleate, take 100-200 mg orally three times a day before meals. Adjust the dosage appropriately based on age and symptoms.
This medicine contains lactose, so it should not be taken by individuals with hereditary lactose intolerance, lactose deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Rarely, gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, digestive disorders, dry mouth, and oral numbness may occur during use. Rapid heartbeat may occur infrequently, so caution is necessary. Psychoneurological symptoms such as fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, lethargy, and headaches may also rarely appear. Liver function test values may temporarily rise, so care for liver health is advisable. Allergic reactions can lead to rashes; if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately. The safety of this medication during pregnancy is not assured, so women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only take it if the benefits outweigh the risks. Lactating women should avoid this medication if possible, and if it is necessary to take it, it is recommended to discontinue breastfeeding.

This medicine should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, and it is best to store it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Keeping it this way will help maintain the efficacy of the medicine for a longer period.
