This medication helps improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensation caused by obstructive thromboangiitis (Buerger's disease). It also alleviates leg pain and numbness experienced by patients with acquired lumbar spinal stenosis and enhances walking ability. This indicates its use for various vascular and nerve-related symptoms.
