Adult dosage

1. For improvement of ischemic symptoms, such as ulcers, pain, and coldness due to thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger's disease), the usual adult dose is 2 tablets orally 3 times daily. 2. For improvement of subjective symptoms (lower-limb pain and numbness) and walking ability associated with acquired lumbar spinal canal stenosis (patients with normal SLR test results and bilateral intermittent claudication), the usual adult dose is 1 tablet orally 3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

This drug should not be used by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. This drug contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with genetic problems related to lactose digestion. It should be used with caution in patients who have a tendency to bleed or are taking antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, or anticoagulants. During the use of this drug, hypersensitivity reactions such as rash or itching may occur, so if such symptoms appear, the medication should be discontinued immediately and appropriate measures should be taken. Bleeding may occur rarely, so if bleeding symptoms arise, the medication should be stopped immediately and consulted with a doctor. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include diarrhea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, decreased appetite, and heartburn. Liver function abnormalities may occur, so the condition should be periodically checked through liver function tests. There may be a rapid heartbeat, and in rare cases, hands and feet may turn blue or blood pressure may drop, so caution is needed. Symptoms such as headache, facial flushing, dizziness, and heat sensation have also been reported, and in rare cases, fatigue, edema, tremors, hirsutism, and anemia may occur. Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis should decide whether to continue the medication while observing symptom changes, and in severe cases, surgery may be necessary. The safety during pregnancy has not been established, and uterine contractions were observed in animal studies, so pregnant women should not use it. The safety in children has not been verified, so it is advisable not to administer it to children. Elderly patients may have decreased physical function, so it should be used cautiously with adjustments to the dosage as needed. When high doses are given to healthy adults, temporary drops in blood pressure may occur, so caution is required.
