This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, with the possibility of severe vascular conditions such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Those with a history of cardiovascular disease or risk factors should be particularly cautious and should consult healthcare professionals immediately if symptoms occur. This medication can cause serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. Elderly patients or those taking it over an extended period may be at higher risk, so gastrointestinal symptoms should be monitored carefully. Those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, or allergies to this drug or its ingredients should not take it. Additionally, individuals who have had hypersensitivity reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take this drug in conjunction with aspirin, other anti-inflammatory medications, or high-dose methotrexate, as co-administration may increase the risk of side effects. Individuals with blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, high blood pressure, heart failure, the elderly, and pregnant women should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication.
