This medication is used for various skin keratin disorders such as progressive keratosis, palmoplantar keratoderma, children's eczema, senile keratosis, keratosis pilaris, and atopic dermatitis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Wash the affected area 1 to several times a day, then apply this medication and rub in thoroughly.

Precautions

This medication should not be used on mucous membranes such as the eyes or mouth. Those allergic to the ingredients of this medication should avoid use. It is not recommended to use this medication on skin with acute eczema or inflammation. Caution is required when applying this medication over large areas on patients with poor kidney function. When applied to areas with inflammation or cracks in the skin, temporary irritation may occur, so it should be used carefully. Individuals sensitive to skin irritation may also experience irritation, so caution is advised. Initially, symptoms such as pain, warmth, redness, or itching may temporarily occur. If an allergic reaction occurs, use should be stopped immediately. If severe symptoms like eczema, cracks, tingling, burning, or dryness appear on the skin, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication may increase the absorption of other drugs through the skin, so caution is needed when using it with corticosteroids or certain anticancer agents. This medication is for external use only and should not be applied directly to wounds or broken areas. Avoid contact with mucous membranes such as the eyes, nose, or mouth, and if it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
