This drug is used to treat epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous conditions such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and dry eye syndrome, as well as epithelial disorders caused by external factors such as surgery, drug side effects, trauma, and contact lens wear.

How to apply drops

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day. Adjust according to symptoms. Typically, a 0.1% preparation is administered, and in cases of severe diseases where the effect is insufficient, a 0.3% preparation is administered.

Precautions

This drug should not be used in patients allergic to certain proteins. Use of this medication may cause eye-related side effects such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, conjunctival hyperemia, and corneal damage. In some cases, symptoms like discharge or eye pain may occur, so if these symptoms appear, usage should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment should be sought. Moreover, hypersensitivity reactions such as eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may occur, so usage should be stopped if symptoms appear. When using this drug with other eye drops, there may be an increased incidence of side effects, so it is advisable to use other eye drops first and then this medication approximately 30 minutes later. This drug is for ocular use only, and care should be taken not to let the tip of the container touch the eye or eyelashes. Since the container may become contaminated, single-use products should have the first 1-2 drops discarded before use, and any remaining medication should be discarded immediately after opening. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. Additionally, it is important not to transfer to another container to maintain product quality.
