Used for alleviating various symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle aches.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and above: take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication can rarely cause serious allergic reactions on the skin, so if symptoms like a skin rash or itching occur after taking it, you should immediately stop taking it and consult a specialist. Since this product contains acetaminophen, it is important not to exceed the maximum recommended dosage per day, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Given that this product contains pseudoephedrine, if severe rashes or pustules develop on the skin, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician. Individuals who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or have triggered asthma previously, infants under 3 months of age, those taking specific antidepressants, as well as individuals with severe hypertension or kidney diseases should not take this product. It is safe not to take this medication concurrently with other cough medicines, cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms like rash, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, severe hives, difficulty breathing, or jaundice occur during use, immediately stop taking it and consult a physician. Children under 2 years of age should not take it unless in special circumstances, and a doctor's consultation is required. Comply with the prescribed method of use and dosage, do not use it for extended periods, and avoid alcohol during treatment. Caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur, and it is advisable to consult a professional since the risk of side effects may increase when combined with certain medications.

Individuals who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors should not take this medication within two weeks.
