This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension for whom blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy of telmisartan or amlodipine. It helps to lower blood pressure more effectively, reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications, and improve blood pressure control. Therefore, it is a suitable choice for treating essential hypertension.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage for this medication is 1 tablet once a day, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advised to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). There are dosages of 40/5 mg, 80/5 mg, and 40/10 mg, which should be adjusted based on the patient's blood pressure control status. Precautions

Overdose may lead to serious side effects such as hypotension, tachycardia, and renal failure; therefore, prescribed dosages must be strictly adhered to. Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended, as safety and efficacy have not been established. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and should only be opened immediately before administration.
