Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic beverages per day, so consultations with a doctor or pharmacist are essential. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of serious thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke, therefore, those with cardiovascular disorders or risk factors should be particularly cautious. This medication can cause serious adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, which can occur even without symptoms, so those with gastrointestinal health issues or the elderly should take extra care. It is safest for individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, blood disorders, or asthma not to take this medication. Taking this medication together with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and reduce effectiveness, so it is advisable not to take them concurrently. Women who are breastfeeding should discontinue nursing or stop taking this medication as it can pass into breast milk and cause serious adverse reactions in the baby. Dizziness or fatigue may occur while taking this medication, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery, and long-term high-dose use may lead to headaches. Those with blood disorders, decreased liver or kidney function, hypertension, heart failure, allergies, the elderly, and children must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication may interact with several drugs, so it is important to consult a specialist if taking other medications. If symptoms of shock, severe skin rash, blood disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver function abnormalities, respiratory distress, or kidney function decline occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with healthcare personnel. This medication should be used at the minimal effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function checks are required for long-term use. It should be avoided, especially after the sixth month of pregnancy, as it may pose a risk to the fetus, and women in early pregnancy or planning to become pregnant should consult with a specialist before use. In cases of overdose, seek immediate medical attention for appropriate treatment even if symptoms are absent. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. Transferring to another container can negatively affect the quality, so caution should be taken.
