This medication is used for the treatment of gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, and erosive and ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It alleviates the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and is effective for long-term maintenance therapy. It is used in combination with antibiotics for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. It also helps with conditions like Zollinger-Ellison syndrome due to excessive gastric acid secretion. This medication is used to improve and treat symptoms of various gastrointestinal disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers: orally administer 10 mg once daily, and depending on symptoms, 20 mg once daily may be administered.
