Improvement of blood pressure control in essential hypertension
It is important to note that for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled even with combination therapy of Amlodipine and Olmesartan Medoxomil, additional treatment may be necessary. Proper blood pressure control is extremely important for reducing the burden on the heart and blood vessels and lowering the risk of complications. In such cases, the physician may recommend medication adjustment, dose changes, or alternative therapies. It is advisable for patients to engage in lifestyle modifications along with regular blood pressure measurements. Effective blood pressure management helps in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
This medication is taken once daily, with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g. in the morning).
