In particular, when used for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, it is essential to verify any allergies to the antibiotics used in combination. When taking, the tablets should not be chewed or crushed but swallowed whole, and they should be stored out of the reach of children. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, this medication should not be used, and adjustments in dosing may be necessary for the elderly or patients with impaired liver function if adverse reactions occur. In case of overdose, no specific antidote exists; therefore, treatment and supportive therapy based on symptoms are necessary.
