Acute non-infectious conjunctivitis (swelling, vascular congestion) and allergic keratitis, non-infectious inflammation of the anterior segment (e.g. iritis), relief of inflammation following surgery
This medication is used for acute non-infectious conjunctivitis accompanied by severe swelling and vascular congestion, as well as allergic keratitis. It is also effective for treating non-infectious inflammation of the anterior segment, such as iritis, scleritis, and episcleritis. It is utilized for relieving inflammation after surgeries, such as strabismus surgery, cataract surgery, and glaucoma surgery. This drug alleviates inflammation associated with various eye diseases, improving symptoms.
For the first 24-48 hours, 1 drop may be instilled every hour. Generally, instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day.
This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to specific ingredients. Pregnant or nursing women should also refrain from using this medication. Avoid use if there is an eye infection, glaucoma, or severe dry eyes. Patients with corneal damage or viral, bacterial, or fungal infections should not use this medication. It is advisable to avoid use in children under 2 years old. Patients with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disorders, or metabolic diseases such as diabetes should use this medication with caution. Special care is needed if taking other medications that may affect blood pressure. Those with a history of cataracts or herpes simplex infections should exercise caution. Use in cases of rhinitis or in children must be done with extra care. This medication may cause temporary irritation in the eyes and may raise intraocular pressure with prolonged use, thus regular check-ups are necessary. With long-term use, there may be allergic reactions or dermatitis around the eyes, and there is a risk of secondary infections in the eye tissue. Avoid wearing contact lenses during treatment, and if used for more than 2-3 days, regularly check intraocular pressure and side effects. This medication may mask or worsen the symptoms of eye infections, so consult a physician immediately if infection is suspected. When instilling the medication, vision may be blurred, so take care while driving or operating machinery. The risk of side effects may increase when combined with certain medications, so it is essential to inform the physician about any current medications. Caution should be exercised in children due to the risk of systemic side effects. In case of overdose, serious symptoms may appear, so seek medical attention immediately if an overdose is suspected. Shake the solution well before use, take care not to let the tip of the container touch the eye for hygiene purposes, and avoid sharing the medication. Store the medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and avoid transferring it to another container.

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, avoid storing in extremely hot or cold places, and it is advisable to keep it at room temperature between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius.
