Precautions

This medication is a sodium hyaluronate-containing eye drop, used to hydrate the eyes and alleviate dryness. This medication should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to certain proteins, as allergic symptoms may occur in such cases. During use, there may be uncomfortable symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, tearing, or a foreign body sensation. In such cases, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Additionally, occasionally, eye discharge or eye pain may occur; in such cases, also stop administration and seek appropriate treatment. This medication should be used with caution, as adverse reactions may occur more frequently when used in combination with other eye drops such as steroids, antibiotics, glaucoma treatments, and antihistamines. If using with other eye drops, they should be administered with an interval of about 30 minutes apart and should not be administered simultaneously. This medication is intended solely for eye use, and care should be taken to avoid contact of the tip of the container with the eyelids or eyelashes, as this could contaminate the solution. For single-use products, the first 1-2 drops should be discarded, and after opening, it should be used only once, with any remaining solution discarded. It is also safest to not share this medication with others. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place. Lastly, to maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
