Precautions

This medicine should not be used by those who have had allergic reactions to its components. Also, since it contains lactose, individuals with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. Those with poor liver function may experience increased blood concentration of this medicine, so caution is needed. Individuals with serious heart or cerebrovascular issues should use this medicine cautiously due to limited experience with it. Elderly individuals should be careful as decreased liver function may lead to higher blood concentrations of the drug. Those taking antihypertensive agents or certain vasodilators (PDE5 inhibitors) should be cautious as there may be interactions with this medicine. Patients with orthostatic hypotension should be careful as symptoms may worsen with this medication. Side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, hypotension, and gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. In particular, if severe abnormal symptoms such as liver dysfunction, jaundice, fainting, or loss of consciousness occur, the medication should be stopped immediately and medical attention should be sought. Overdosage may cause excessively low blood pressure, so it is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage. At the beginning of treatment or when suddenly increasing the dosage, dizziness due to orthostatic hypotension may occur, so caution should be taken when performing hazardous activities like working at heights or driving. If taken with antihypertensives, blood pressure changes should be closely monitored and dosage adjustments made if necessary. Keep out of reach of children, and remove the medicine from its packaging for administration to prevent esophageal damage. Elderly individuals should be monitored closely due to potential liver function decline.
