Precautions

This medicine should not be used in certain patients. For example, it should not be taken by those who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or its components, patients with cardiogenic shock, patients with conduction issues in the heart, patients with right heart failure due to pulmonary hypertension, patients with metabolic acidosis due to diabetes, patients with severely weakened heart function, patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, patients with specific hypertension, and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Additionally, careful use is required for patients with diabetes or severe allergic reactions, patients with weakened heart or kidney function, elderly patients, and patients taking specific medications. This medicine can affect heart rate or blood pressure, necessitating regular check-ups. While taking this medicine, side effects such as dizziness, fatigue, headache, reduced heart rate, lowered blood pressure, indigestion, and skin rashes may occur, so any unusual symptoms should be reported to a doctor immediately. This medicine may interact with other drugs, particularly antihypertensives, antidiabetics, cardiovascular medications, antidepressants, sedatives, and alcohol, so it is essential to inform your doctor of all medications being taken. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take this medicine, and safety in children and adolescents has not been established. In elderly patients, drug concentrations may become higher due to reduced liver function, so starting with a lower dose and careful monitoring is important. In case of an overdose, blood pressure may drop sharply, and heart function may become weakened, requiring immediate notification of medical personnel and appropriate treatment. Long-term use of this medicine necessitates regular checks of heart function, blood pressure, and heart rate; sudden discontinuation can worsen heart symptoms, so the dose should be gradually reduced. When storing, keep it in a sealed container away from light exposure and out of reach of children.
