This medication is used when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, when physical strength decreases due to illness or after illness, and during old age. It also helps alleviate symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness and cold hands and feet associated with peripheral circulation disorders or menopause. It is effective for pain relief including neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is also used for inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, and dermatitis. It assists in improving beriberi and eye fatigue, and is useful for alleviating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. It is used to improve various symptoms to assist in the recovery of the patient's health.
For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule once, 2 times a day.
This medicine should not be used by individuals allergic to certain ingredients or exhibiting hypersensitivity. It should also not be taken by infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal dysfunction. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid this medication. During use, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Women receiving medical treatment or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory system dysfunction, patients with kidney disorders, and those with hypoproteinemia must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders or those who need to use lipid emulsions cautiously should also consult a professional. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, the medication should be immediately discontinued and a professional consulted. If menstruation occurs earlier than expected or bleeding persists longer, the medication should also be stopped and consultation is necessary. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be careful as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking this medication. Long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine can cause nerve damage. In cases of folic acid deficiency, high doses of vitamin B12 can cause hematological adverse reactions. Overdosing can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema; caution is required. Particularly, caution is necessary when taken with aldosterone antagonists or trimethoprim due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, a professional should be consulted. During use, the prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust the medication dosage as necessary. Additionally, when using other intravenous lipid preparations together, the amount of lipid in this medication should be considered to adjust the dosage. When storing the medication, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Transferring the medication to another container may pose a risk of misuse and degradation of quality, so it should always be stored in the original container.
Heart contraction failure (cardiac arrest)
