Eye-related side effects may include punctate keratitis, keratitis, eye pain, dry eyes, swelling around the eyes, itching of the eyes, eye discharge, conjunctival injection, changes in eyelid skin, and discomfort in the eyes. Dryness of the nose or symptoms of rhinitis may occur, and skin reactions such as dry mouth or dermatitis have been reported rarely. Fatigue may also be experienced intermittently. After using this medication, the eyes may become excessively sensitive, and symptoms such as weakness, cold symptoms, nausea, pharyngitis, sinusitis, skin rashes, abdominal pain, liver function abnormalities, elevated blood pressure, abnormal blood tests, and urinary difficulties may occasionally manifest. This medication contains phosphates, which can rarely cause corneal calcification in patients with severe corneal damage, so caution is advised. This medication is a non-sedating antihistamine and may cause temporary blurriness of vision after use, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. You should wait until your vision is clear again. Patients receiving long-term steroid therapy should reduce their steroid dosage gradually under medical supervision while using this medication. For seasonal allergy patients, it is advisable to start this medication before symptoms worsen and to continue using it until symptoms resolve. If ineffective, it is advisable not to use it long-term, and the benzalkonium chloride contained in this medication may cause eye irritation and discolor contact lenses, so caution is necessary when wearing contact lenses. Contact lenses should be worn at least 15 minutes after instillation, and if there is conjunctival injection, wearing contact lenses should be avoided. This medication is for local ophthalmic use only, and the tip of the container should be kept clean and tightly closed after use. When using with other eye drops, a minimum interval of 5 minutes should be maintained, and ointments should be administered last. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before using this medication, especially during breastfeeding where careful consideration of potential effects on the baby should be taken. Children under 3 years of age should be used with caution since the safety and efficacy of this medication have not been established. No special dosage adjustments are necessary for the elderly. In case of overdose, patients should be closely monitored and receive appropriate management. This medication should be stored out of direct sunlight and in a cool place, away from children's reach.
