This medication is used for the treatment of gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, helping to alleviate symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is also suitable for long-term maintenance therapy of GERD and is prescribed in conjunction with antibiotics for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers infected with Helicobacter pylori. Additionally, it is used for the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. This is a medication effective in improving various gastrointestinal disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers: Typically, 10 mg is taken orally once daily, and depending on symptoms, it may be increased to 20 mg once daily.
