This medication helps effectively lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty in blood pressure control even when using a combination of telmisartan and amlodipine. Additionally, rosuvastatin improves hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia by lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in the blood and delaying the progression of atherosclerosis. It also assists in the dietary management of patients with familial hypercholesterolemia and is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications such as stroke and myocardial infarction in patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, this medication is highly effective for patients who require simultaneous management of blood pressure and blood lipids, and it helps improve overall cardiovascular health.
