This medication is used to improve symptoms caused by ischemia associated with chronic arterial occlusion, including ulcers, pain, and numbness. It alleviates symptoms arising from peripheral vessel narrowing due to conditions such as Buerger's disease, obstructive atherosclerosis, and diabetic peripheral vascular disease, reducing patient discomfort. This effect helps improve blood circulation and alleviate symptoms, making it effective for chronic ischemic symptoms due to vascular occlusion.

Precautions

This drug should not be administered to patients with bleeding, as it may worsen bleeding. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid taking it, as it may affect the fetus. It contains lactose and should not be used by patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders. Caution should be exercised when used by women who are menstruating or have a tendency to bleed, as the risk of bleeding may increase. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents should be carefully administered this medication due to the higher risk of bleeding. Patients with severely impaired renal function may require caution as drug excretion may be affected. Elderly patients may require a lower starting dose due to prolonged retention of the drug in the body caused by decreased liver and kidney function, and their condition should be monitored closely. If any bleeding symptoms, liver dysfunction, skin rashes, or other adverse reactions occur while taking this medication, medical consultation should be sought immediately. Regular blood tests are recommended to check for abnormalities. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should refrain from taking this medication, and if unavoidable, breastfeeding should be discontinued. Safety in children has not been established, and there is no experience with use in this population. Store in a safe place out of reach of children and avoid transferring to another container.
