Adult dosage

In severe cases, 600-1200mg is administered via intramuscular injection or intravenous drip daily. In cases of treatment over several days or in mild cases, 300-600mg is administered via intramuscular injection or intravenous drip daily.

This medication can rarely cause serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so the patient's condition should be carefully monitored during administration. If facial pallor, blood pressure drop, or abnormal pulse occurs, administration should be stopped immediately. Additionally, hypersensitivity symptoms such as skin rash can occur rarely, so if these symptoms appear, the medication should be discontinued. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include reduced appetite, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, so report any such symptoms. This medication should be used immediately after dissolution and must be stored in its original container, tightly closed. When administering an intramuscular injection, care should be taken to avoid nerves or blood vessels, and the injection site should be changed for repeated administration. Particular caution is needed when administering to children or infants. Finally, keep this medication in a safe place out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
