This medication contains vitamins E, B1, and B6, used for physical fatigue or decreased physical strength during pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness, or after illness, as well as in old age. It also helps relieve symptoms of stiffness in the shoulders or neck, cold hands and feet, or numbness associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. Various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia can also be alleviated, along with inflammatory symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Furthermore, it is effective for beriberi, eye fatigue, and muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Through these effects, it improves overall health and alleviates uncomfortable symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For those over 12 years old and adults, take 2 capsules once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Additionally, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medication, do not take medication such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa together. Those receiving medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney problems, and those with hypoproteinemia must consult with healthcare professionals before using this medication. Patients with dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or issues related to fat metabolism should use it with caution, and individuals allergic to the colorant yellow No. 5 should also be careful. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or red spots, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system function decline occur during usage, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may persist longer; women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thromboembolism may increase. Long-term high-dose use of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage, and overdose can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Taking corticosteroids or triamterene together may elevate blood potassium levels, requiring caution. If symptoms do not improve after exceeding the prescribed dosage or one month of use, consult a professional immediately. This medication should strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of use, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the drug dosage if necessary, and consider the total amount of lipids when receiving other lipid injections. Store in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
