This medicine is used to supply vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 essential for physical fatigue or decreased stamina during pregnancy, lactation, illness, and convalescence, growth period, and old age. Additionally, it alleviates symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia (such as low back pain and shoulder stiffness), and it is also helpful for beriberi and eye fatigue. This medicine is effective in improving symptoms related to vitamin deficiency overall.

How to take

Adult dose

Once a day, 1 tablet after meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with high blood calcium levels, systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Individuals with allergies to ingredients in this medicine should also avoid taking it. Babies under 3 months old and patients with kidney stones should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, do not use it concurrently with a drug called Levodopa. Children under 1 year old, patients under the care of a physician, and children who receive a lot of sunlight and eat normally should consult a specialist before taking it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should also consult a specialist before taking this medicine. This medicine contains vitamin D, which can be passed to babies through breast milk, potentially leading to hypercalcemia in babies. Individuals with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Furthermore, long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage, so caution is needed. Patients with folate deficiency should be careful as excessive intake of vitamin B12 can lead to blood abnormalities. High-dose intake may cause gastroduodenal ulcer, blood glucose regulation disorders, increased uric acid, and liver damage. If an accidental overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. Follow the prescribed dosage and method exactly, and supervision is required when administering it to children. This medicine may turn urine yellow, which could affect test results. When storing it, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, do not transfer the medicine to other containers to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
