Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist if the patient regularly consumes more than three alcoholic drinks a day, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication can cause cardiovascular problems, so caution is needed for patients at risk of heart disease or stroke, and if cardiovascular symptoms occur, immediate consultation with medical personnel is required. It may cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, so elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disorders should use it with greater care. Patients with peptic ulcers, drug allergies, pregnant women, and patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. Concomitant use with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), some antihypertensive medications, aspirin, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, anticoagulants, etc., may increase the risk of side effects and should be avoided. Elderly patients, patients with a history of peptic ulcers, hypertension, heart failure, or asthma should consult with medical personnel before taking this medication. During treatment, it is advisable to discontinue breastfeeding or stop medication, and if symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, skin rash, anemia, or abnormal liver function appear, the medication should be stopped immediately and medical personnel should be consulted. This medication should be used at the minimum dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary for long-term use. As this medication provides symptomatic relief for inflammation and pain and does not treat the underlying cause, appropriate treatment should be undertaken when the underlying cause requires it. During use, symptoms such as increased blood pressure, edema, or fluid retention may occur, so careful observation is needed, particularly for patients with poor heart or kidney function. This medication can cause severe skin reactions, so if skin rash or itching occurs, it should be stopped immediately. Some asthma patients may have hypersensitivity to this medication, so asthma patients should consult with medical personnel before using it. When storing this medication, it should be kept out of reach of children, and care should be taken not to transfer it to another container, as it may degrade its quality.
