Precautions

This medication can pose serious risks to the fetus during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should not be taken by pregnant women or women who may become pregnant. This medication is contraindicated in patients with allergies to the active ingredients or similar components, as well as those with certain heart, liver, or kidney diseases. Patients with impaired kidney function, diabetic patients, and patients with severe liver disease should use this medication with caution and consult healthcare providers. Side effects such as dizziness, hypotension, edema, and headaches may occur. If symptoms are severe, consult a physician. It is important not to use this medication during pregnancy, and if pregnancy is confirmed, discontinue as soon as possible and seek alternative treatment. As blood pressure may drop too low, if symptoms of hypotension appear, lie down and rest immediately, and seek intravenous treatment at a hospital if needed. This medication can cause hyperkalemia (increased potassium levels in the blood), so especially patients with impaired kidney function need to have their serum potassium levels monitored regularly. Nursing women are advised not to take this medication and should consult a doctor to find alternative treatments if necessary. The safety and efficacy of this medication in children under 18 years of age have not been sufficiently established, so use in this age group is not recommended. Elderly patients may be more sensitive to this medication, so caution is needed during treatment, and dose adjustments may be necessary. In case of overdose, severe hypotension, arrhythmias, dizziness, etc., may occur, requiring immediate medical attention for proper treatment. This medication may interact with other drugs, so if other medications are being taken, it is important to inform healthcare providers, especially with specific heart medications, diuretics, lithium, and warfarin. Caution is needed while driving or operating machinery as dizziness or drowsiness may occur. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers for safety.
