Adults should take 1 capsule once a day

This medication should not be taken by patients with severe biliary obstruction, those allergic to this medication, children under 12 years of age, individuals sensitive to soybean oil or with a history of allergies, and those allergic to soy or peanuts. Additionally, patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication with caution. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding must consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as abdominal pain or diarrhea occur, or if an allergic reaction develops, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional, preferably bringing the medication leaflet. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and if jaundice symptoms appear, consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve after one month of use or if used for an extended period, it is important to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should have their blood lipid levels checked while taking this medication, and if inadequate fat excretion is suspected, the dosage should be adjusted. Patients receiving other intravenous lipid preparations should reduce the dosage of those preparations considering the lipid content in this medication. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place.
